Square Stamp Head
140 fine needles
A flat grid of needles that goes in straight and comes out straight, covering a small patch of scalp with every press.
An at-home scalp micro-needling stamp that presses straight down, so it never tangles or pulls your hair. Once a week, before your serum.°

How It Works
Most of what you put on your scalp stays on top of it. The stamp works on the surface layer so the care you apply afterwards has an easier way in. It does nothing on its own that a serum can't build on, and that's the point: it's the prep step.
Each press opens 140 micro-channels in the scalp's surface. At 0.5 mm they stay shallow and close again within hours.
The skin answers those micro-channels by renewing itself, the same response dermatology clinics use microneedling for.°
The next morning, your serum meets a freshly renewed surface at the parting and temples, exactly where you stamped.°
The Depth Dial
Twist the end of the handle to choose how far the needles reach. Tap a setting to see it.
Illustration, not to scale. If it hurts, the dial is set too deep: turn it back.
Your Weekly Ritual
Stamp one evening a week. Use your serum every morning, starting the day after.
Clean, dry scalp. Remove the cap and twist the dial to 0.5 mm.
10 to 15 presses per area along the parting, temples and crown. Never drag it.
Rinse the head, spray with 70% alcohol, let it air-dry and put the cap back on.
Give your scalp the night. Apply the serum the following morning, then daily.
Why not serum right after? Freshly stamped skin is sensitive, and our serum contains a little alcohol and menthol. Waiting until morning keeps it comfortable.

The Research
Randomised studies of scalp microneedling used alongside a daily topical, measured at 12 and 24 weeks.
In a randomised, evaluator-blinded study, adding weekly microneedling to a daily topical produced over four times the increase in hair count of the topical alone at 12 weeks.
Participants' own assessment told the same story: 82% in the microneedling group reported more than 50% improvement, compared with 4.5% using the topical alone.
In a randomised trial in women with female pattern thinning, weekly microneedling alongside a daily topical was effective for 85% of participants, compared with 45% on the topical alone. Side effects were mild.
These are studies of the microneedling technique used with a topical treatment in a clinical setting, with weekly sessions; they are not studies of Renesia products. Individual results vary.†
