How Long Does Delivery Take?

Total delivery time is made up of two separate periods: the time we need to prepare your order (processing time) and the time the carrier needs to bring it to you (delivery time). Both are outlined below.

1. Processing Time (1–2 Business Days)

This covers order confirmation, quality check and packing. Orders are reviewed and approved within 24–48 hours of being placed. Once an order is approved in our system, it moves to fulfilment, where it typically takes approximately 1–2 business days for quality assurance and packaging before it ships.

2. Delivery Time

This is the time from when your order leaves our international fulfilment centre to when it arrives at your delivery address:

Australia 5–10 business days

 

All delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped. They exclude any customs, duty or carrier delays outside our control. Shipping within Australia is free on every order, and all prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD), including GST.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery. Please allow a short period for tracking information to update after you receive it.
